Dr. Ash (Sajjad Ashnagar) is a full-time traveling periodontist practicing in the Dallas-Fortworth metroplex, Texas. He teaches post-graduate periodontics at Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry. He earned his Periodontology diploma from the University of Michigan and is specialized in treating gum disease, dental implants, and regenerative surgeries. He is licensed to perform IV moderate sedation and high-risk anesthesia.
Dr. Ash studied general dentistry at Tehran University of Medical Sciences, where he earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery. Six months after opening his private practice in Tehran, he immigrated to the US and interned at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) periodontics program. Soon after, he was accepted at the University of Michigan's periodontology residency program to specialize in gum surgery. After graduation, he chose to live in Dallas, Texas, and establish his traveling practice, serving the entire DFW area.
He has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed scientific dental journals and has been highly cited by dental researchers. He is a proud recipient of Dr. and Mrs. Steven Meraw's periodontal scholarship and a member of Dallas County Dental Society, Fortworth District Dental Society, American Dental Association, and Michigan Periodontal Association.
Born in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico, Dr. Trautmann is a graduate of the University of Norte Dame. He received his DMD from the University of Puerto Rico Medical Science School. He furthered his studies by completing a GPR program from the Ohio State University and continued to complete his certificate in Advance Endodontics with a Masters in Oral Biology from Baylor College of Dentistry/ Texas A&M University.
Dr. Trautmann is a member of several Dental, Endodontic and Hispanic associations. He is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and has been involved in several community positions as a coach, booster club member, and director.

He is a former board member for the Hispanic Association locally and Endodontic programs internationally in Costa Rica and Puerto Rico.

Dr. Trautmann enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and interacting with different cultures. He loves sports, cooking, and coaching.
After attending the Greenhill preparatory school in Addison, Texas, Dr. De Simone relocated to Southern California to attend college. In 2004, he began his dental school training at Louisiana State University, earning a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2008. After graduation, he returned to Texas and entered into general practice, where he discovered that his passion in dentistry was in oral surgery and sedation services. He then decided to focus his career on providing these in-house surgery services for other practitioners. In addition to his many distinguishing memberships, Dr. De Simone sits on the Board of Directors of the Dallas Academy of General Dentistry and is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry and in the American Dental Implant Association. Dr. De Simone loves what he does and enjoys being the type of dentist his patients can trust, depend upon, and turn to for their difficult dental problems. His philosophy is simple — "We treat your family like you are family."
